The Cricketer's Arms is committed to offering its customers a selection of local quality real ales and to establish this, we have developed our "SixSixes" ale portfolio. What this means is that all our real ales travel no further than thirty six miles from brewery to pub (B2P), so you can always enjoy two locally produced, fresh and tasty English ales.

Our permanent session ale is Hook Norton Hooky bitter. Our guest ales are drawn from the stock of the following breweries:

We will be adding to our portfolio in the coming months, so keep an eye out for future ales available at The Cricketer's.

We think it is important that our ales come from within a thirty six mile radius because too many English ales and breweries (and traditional pubs to drink them in) have fallen by the way side over the last few decades, but small businesses, the life-blood of our nation, are keeping alive our unique brewing heritage, using traditional techniques and natural ingredients. And of course, by buying local, we're also playing our part in saving the planet.
